ENGR 2223 - High Performance Building Design ENGR 2223 - High Performance Building Design This course will introduce the student to high building performance design that optimizes the life cycle of a building through integrated high performing attributes and components in energy conservation, design, environmental, safety, sustainability, and productivity. Topics in lecture/lab will also include building controls, lighting, passive systems, LEED certification, Green Star certification, and other high-performance building ratings. Students will also prep for the LEED Green Associate Certification Exam. Lecture 2 hours and Laboratory 3 hours per week.
