The scope of this course places emphasis on case studies involving ethical dilemmas and conflict management in the workplace. Students examine the dynamics of ethical leadership, focusing on the inherent value of honesty, integrity, morality, and honorable behavior, while developing an awareness of the consequences of unethical conduct in modern society. Lecture 3 hours per week.
