BUSN 2097 — Internship in Hospitality & Tourism

This internship course explores careers and training in a supervised work setting and combines theory with field experience in an approved hospitality and tourism environment. Students must complete 90 (2 credits) – 180 hours (4 credits) on the job, additional academic work, and meet with a faculty member.
