DEA261 — Dental Science II
2.25 Credit(s) During this course students will cover different medical and oral pathological conditions and manifestations, including prevention, etiology, physiology, and treatment. The section on pharmacology provides the student with information necessary to develop a basic understanding of drugs and their uses and misuses. Additional sections provide information in assisting with a patient who is medically compromised and recognizing and assisting during a medical emergency.
