EXSC 2270 — Essentials of Sport & Exercise Nutrition

This course explores the scientific foundation of sports and exercise nutrition, building upon foundational nutritional concepts. Students will examine and interpret macronutrient needs and recommendations to optimize athletic performance, including pre-, during, and post-exercise fueling strategies.
