CHM1046 — GENERAL CHEMISTRY II: 3 Credits, 3 Hours - Lecture
(Fall, Spring) Sequel course to CHM 1045 which includes the following topics: chemical bonding and molecular structure; gaseous, liquid, and solid states of matter and the kinetic-molecular theory; solutions of acids, bases, and salts; chemical equilibrium, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, and an introduction to qualitative analysis. Prerequisite: Minimum grade of “C” in CHM 1045. Corequisite: CHM 1046L.
