DMS 215 - Sonography Clinical Practice II and Syllabus ] DMS 215 - Sonography Clinical Practice II 2 Credit Hours This second experience in the clinical setting offers students an opportunity to expand and improve their hands-on scanning skills and patient care under the supervision of qualified sonographers. They will implement patient health history, relevant test results, differential diagnoses, and protocol modification into their ultrasound scanning practice. Students will continue to work toward clinical competence in sonographic exams within the areas of abdomen-extended, OB/GYN, and vascular sonography. Syllabus Textbook
