ALHE 114 - Medication Aide Update and Syllabus ] ALHE 114 - Medication Aide Update 1 Credit Hours This course provides the student with a review of the basic principles and skills of medication administration for oral and external application. Information from these medication topics will be reviewed: elderly interactions, legal and ethical issues. The review of classifications will provide updated information (action, side effects, nursing implications for the major classifications. Medication Aide Update may not be eligible for federal financial aid. This course may be repeated for credit. Syllabus Textbook
