OTAP 1240 - OT Documentation w/Level 1B OTAP 1240 - OT Documentation w/Level 1B 2 Lecture Hour, 1 Field Experience Course provides an experiential Level I Fieldwork focused on psychosocial aspects of health and wellness with emphasis on clinical observation and documentation. Includes participation in delivery of OT services as appropriate for assigned setting. A variety of documentation formats, including but not limited to the electronic medical record, are discussed. Prerequisite(s): OTAP 1220 or by permission of instructor Semester Availability: Spring Not part of a Tennessee Transfer Pathway
