HCMT 2362 - Medical Credentialing HCMT 2362 - Medical Credentialing 3 Class Hours This course prepares students to conduct medical credentialing in any healthcare setting, from initial credentialing through updating information for facilities where medical services will be provided, yearly renewals of malpractice insurance, provider licenses, participation agreements with insurance companies, CAQH, and any other necessary medical affiliates. Note: Student must earn a grade of “C” or higher in order to progress in program. Semester Availability: Fall, Spring Not part of a Tennessee Transfer Pathway
