Prerequisites: CIS 110, CIS 111 or OST 137 Corequisites: None This course is designed to improve utilization and proficiency of software appli - cations used in offices through a hands-on approach. Topics include mastery of the skills required to design documents that can be customized using the latest software applications. Upon completion, students should be prepared to take a nationally accredited certification exam.
