Prerequisites: None Corequisites: None This course introduces world history from the early modern era to the present. Topics include the cultures of Africa, Europe, India, China, Japan, and the Ameri - cas. Upon completion, students should be able to analyze significant political, socioeconomic, and cultural developments in modern world civilizations. This course has been approved for transfer under the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement (CAA) and ICAA as a general education course in Social/Behavioral Sciences. This is a Universal General Education Trans- fer Component (UGETC) course.
