HEA 110 — Personal Health/Wellness
Prerequisites: None Corequisites: None This course provides an introduction to basic personal health and wellness. Em - phasis is placed on current health issues such as nutrition, mental health, and fitness. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an under - standing of the factors necessary to the maintenance of health and wellness. This course has been approved for transfer under the CAA and ICAA as a premajor and/or elective course requirement.
