MCC's Dance program offers inclusive training for beginners and experienced dancers in contemporary dance and ballet. Students develop self-confidence, discipline, and physical awareness through performance and theoretical coursework covering dance history, anatomy, and choreographic design. Performance opportunities include MCC theater productions, community outreach, end-of-semester Studio on Stage showcases, and concerts at the Overbrook Theater. The program leads to an Associate in Science and Arts (ASA) degree, fostering critical thinking, emotional resilience, and cultural awareness.
