Literature
MCC's Literature program guides students on a journey of self-discovery, helping them find their unique voices and sharpen critical thinking skills. Students encounter literary works—stories, characters, places, and symbols—that inspire and instruct. The program combines and refines the ability to critically read, write, and think, exploring different perspectives and what it means to be human. The credential offered is the Associate in Science and Arts (ASA), which carries MI Transfer designation. English majors pursue careers as teachers, lawyers, editors, journalists, and writers.
