Anthropology
Anthropology is the study of humans, past and present, drawing on the social and biological sciences, humanities, and physical sciences to understand the complexity of cultures across human history. U.S. anthropologists are trained in four areas: sociocultural anthropology, biological/physical anthropology, archaeology, and linguistics. The program leads to an Associate in Science and Arts (ASA) degree with MI Transfer pathway eligibility. Graduates find careers in colleges, government agencies, NGOs, businesses, and health and human services. The program is available online.
