Technology and Health Division Certificate E0423 This foundational certificate is the first part of a multi-level certificate program preparing students to enter the field of construction, general or civil engineering technology, building inspection as well as construction management. Skills in reading construction drawings, construction processes and terminology, CADD computer applications in building construction and engineering will be developed. These skills are critical for employment in the engineering and construction technology or construction management sectors.
