PEAC-102 — Circuit Training for Wellness

Advanced circuit training is designed to give students the opportunity to analyze the benefits of a semester long aerobic conditioning and strength training program. This course will encourage students interested in making high levels of physical activity a part of their lifestyle by providing a prolonged fitness training experience with a variety of exercise routines. Students will actively participate in high levels of physical activity utilizing multiple types of health related fitness equipment. Course
