Student must also enroll in one section of BIOL-156L Note: A strong background in High School Biology/Chemistry is recommended. The study of bacteria fungi parasites and viruses with special emphasis on their role in the causation of disease and their ecological importance. Modes of infection methods of prevention and means of laboratory diagnosis; methods of disinfection and sterilization; and general principles of immunity will be discussed. Course
