Students are introduced to concepts of energy resources, production calculations, proofing, gauging methods, evaluation techniques, blending considerations, barrel wood selection and construction, and bottling processes. Developing and marketing a brand and navigating regulatory and legal issues are introduced. All purchases will follow appropriate TBR policies and rules.
