KIN- A87 — Step Aerobics, Intermediate
Description: Students will practice and apply intermediate step combinations with various aerobic, strength, and flexibility training formats, including circuit training and interval step. Exposure to choreography will improve students' balance, coordination, and memory skills. Students' cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance will be enhanced through regularly practicing step aerobics. 54.00 hours laboratory. (Letter grade or Pass/No Pass option)
