CIS- 87B — IT Project Management Framework

Description: An introduction to common framework used in IT project management to plan and schedule the phases of the IT project; a subset of tasks, processes, tools, and templates used by the IT team to gain insight into major technical elements of the project in order to initiate, plan, execute, control, monitor, and terminate the project activities throughout the project life cycle. Using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional Waterfall to manage the size and nature of project, including templates and checklists, processes and activities, roles and responsibilities, training material and work guidelines structure allowing managers and planners to control progress of their projects. 54.00 hours lecture.
