CIS- 7 — Discrete Structures

Description: This course is an introduction to the discrete structures used in Computer Science with an emphasis on their applications. Topics covered include: Functions, Relations and Set; Basic Logic; Proof Techniques; Basics of Counting; Graphs and Trees; and Discrete Probability. 45.00 hours lecture and 27.00 hours laboratory. (TBA Option) (Same as CSC-7) (Letter grade only)
