CIS- 64 — Data and Technology Ethics

Description: Addresses technology and data ethics include data privacy, data curation and storage, discrimination and bias resulted from artificial intelligence and machine learning process, in addition to technological risks and ethical dilemmas arising from use of systems and the Internet. Students will learn about privacy, intellectual property, professional practices, in data science and cybersecurity. 45.00 hours lecture and 27.00 hours laboratory. (Letter grade or Pass/No Pass option)
