ASL- 2 — American Sign Language 2

Description: Further development of basic ASL skills in comprehension and expression. A continued emphasis on the acquisition of ASL vocabulary, fingerspelling, structures and grammatical patterns necessary for comprehension of standard signed ASL at the beginning/intermediate level. Non-verbal techniques are employed to further enhance the students’ complex non-manual grammatical structures as well. 72.00 hours lecture and 18.00 hours laboratory.
