ADJ- P4A — PC 832 Arrest, Search and Seizure
Description: Skills necessary to qualify for limited peace officer powers as required by Penal Code Section 832. Emphasis on laws of arrest, search and seizure, evidence, and the investigative process. Meets the curriculum standards of the California Board of Corrections and the California Commission on Peace Officers Standards and Training. 27.00 hours lecture and 13.00 hours laboratory.
