PAR 105 - Contract Law PAR 105 - Contract Law This course provides students with a comprehensive introduction to the common law of contracts, from the formation of a contract through its termination. Topics include the required elements for contract formation, contractual capacity, legality, the statute of frauds, discharge, and remedies. This course will also familiarize the students with the Uniform Commercial Code concerning the sale and lease of goods and various federal laws applicable to modern contracts. Prerequisite: PAR 101 must be taken as a prerequisite or a corequisite Search Course Schedule for availability
