MECH 1155 — Motor Controls
Motor Controls examines the components and control methods used in industrial motor starter circuits. This course includes AC and DC motor construction, control circuits, power circuits, solid state starters, and variable speed controls. Students will design, wire, and troubleshoot motor starter circuits using common industrial devices and components found in industrial environments.
