DEN 1120 — Chairside Dental Assisting I
Chairside Dental Assisting I assists the student in attaining skills required to be a qualified chairside assistant. It includes instrument identification and transfer, treatment room equipment, charting of the oral structures, utilization of dental practice management software, patient communication, and oral evacuation and isolation. DEN 1110 may be taken concurrently or with consent of instructor.
