| Lecture This course is a comprehensive coverage of federal, state and local environmental laws and regulations emphasizing those affecting water, wastewater treatment, and watershed management. Policy development, program implementation, permitting, certification and enforcement are discussed. Basic field measurements that are encountered in the natural resources environment will also be introduced. (Cross-listed course; students can enroll only in WQAL 1656 or WSHD 1656.) Prerequisities:
