WELD 1262 — Gas Metal Arc Welding 2
| Lab The purpose of this course is to develop skills in welding mild steel with the gas metal welding process. The student will become familiar with associated GMAW principles, equipment, techniques, and related ANSI/AWS Z49.1 safety standards, when welding in multiple positions on ferrous and non- ferrous materials. Student welding performance will be evaluated with visual inspection in a work like environment.
