| Lecture Aging affects us all . If we are not currently "old," we will be in the future. Who decides what age means? Society's definitions of the "old" and "young" statuses affect our lives, especially as we enter into older adulthood. This course presents a sociological study of aging. Utilizing biological, psychological, and sociological perspectives, we will examine the aging process and its impact on the individual and society. MNTC Goal Area(s): 05, 09
