PRNU 1212 — Sim Lab: Nursing Basics
| Lab Simulation focuses on focused assessments and collecting data, implementing skills learned in the lab setting, documenting findings, prioritization, nursing judgment, communication skills, and reinforcing teaching plans for patients with common problems. Performance on the technical skills learned in Skills I will be formally evaluated. These skills will include vital signs, head-to-toe assessment, sterile technique, catheterization, and medication administration in the simulation lab.
