POE 2596 — Crime Scene Processing

| Lab Crime Scene Processing is a study of the responsibilities and duties of the first officer on the scene conducting a preliminary investigation of a crime scene. Included are the recognition, preservation, and recovery of physical evidence, crime scene photography, sketching, and the recovery of latent fingerprints. Students will learn skills needed to "book" prisoners such as taking rolled fingerprints.
