OUTL 1230 — Canoe Expedition
| Lecture/Lab This course familiarizes students with beginner to intermediate canoeing techniques and wilderness camping. Safety, equipment selection, food preparation, Leave No Trace camping techniques, and trip planning will be covered. This course meets a few times at the beginning of the semester and is taught in the field on an extended wilderness trip.
