| Lecture This course provides an analysis of the principles of interviewing; how to observe and communicate effectively, obtain information, give and interpret information, sense the impact of the situation on both the interviewer and the person being interviewed. This course is intended to develop a skill in establishing an interpersonal relationship. Prerequisities: HSER 1231
