| Lecture This course is presented as a general concept which is useful in all professions and occupations whose task is to help people deal with their relationships to other people, solve problems which inhibit capacity for healthy growth and development, and cope with the many social and environmental concerns which affect and control daily life. The primary focus is on interpersonal and planning skills which help people to be more effective as practitioners within the human services. Prerequisities: HSER 1231
