Survey topics include industrialization, Gilded Age politics, urbanization, America as a world power, the Progressive Era, World War I, the "Roaring Twenties," the Great Depression, World War II, the Baby Boom, Vietnam War, and social, economic, and political developments during the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
