HCT 1505 — Refrigeration Theory
| Lecture/Lab In ref rigeration theory the student will learn the relationship between temperature & pressure, heat transfer, sensible and latent heat, and fundamental refrigeration theory. Students will study the mechanical refrigeration cycle and learn the function of major system components. Students will demonstrate proficiency in the use of trade -specific tools & equipment needed to install, maintain and troubleshoot refrigeration systems.
