FORT 1610 — Introduction to Surveying
| Lecture/Lab This course provides students with an understanding of basic surveying methodology. The course includes a discussion and field proficiency on traverses, leveling, and line running with compasses and a variety of distance measure methods. The course provides background on the use of the recta ngular land survey system. Utilizing GPS technology for line establishment and survey data collection is emphasized. Prerequisities: FORT 1205
