ENGL 1110 — Professional Organizational Writing

| Lecture This course prepares students to write effectively in the workplace. Students will learn to produce the technical documents they will encounter in their future professional environment, such as instructions and procedures, work orders, service reports, invoices, memoranda, letters, emails, and short reports. Students will analyze purpose and audience, identify and integrate valid sources, effectively organize information, and practice using established forms with technical clarity and Standard Written English. This course is designed for students in professional, technical, and science programs.
