EMTP 1650 — Introduction to Prehospital Advanced Life Support
| Lab This course will provide the student with an introduction to the role of the Advanced Life Support Provider, prehospital operations, and fundamental principles and skills involved in patient care. This will allow the student to observe and participate at a Basic Life Support level in giving prehospital patient care. This introduction allows students to experience and develop the psychomotor, cognitive and affective skills needed to become an entry level paramedic.
