This course builds on ACCT 2511 Financial Accounting to include differences between financial and managerial accounting, planning and decision- making based on cost behaviors, cost -volume-profit relationships, several inventory valuation methods, budgeting, standard costs and variance, responsibili ty accounting, special types of decision -making, and several management performance evaluation tools.
