THTR1142 — Stagecraft
Meets MnTC Goal Areas 6 and 10. In this hands-on course, students will learn how to safely use materials, tools and theatrical equipment to complete a variety of projects and will be required to complete lab hours working with the tools and techniques learned in class. Students do not need prior experience, but skills with tools or an interest in building would be beneficial. Students will also explore traditional theatre production practices and more environ - mentally sustainable practices, including benefits and challenges.
