MLT2151 — Introduction to Molecular Diagnostics
This course is an introduction to specific molecular biology applications in the laboratory. The course includes a discussion of DNA, genetics, nucleic acid extraction and modification, blotting methods, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and probe analysis in relation to the diagnosis of various diseases.
