BUS2310 — Hospitality Management
This course provides students with a comprehensive overview of hospitality management including lodging, food and beverage, entertainment, recreation, travel and service companies, as well as an overview of the tourism indus-try. Students will be exposed to local industries through guest speakers and/or field trips.
