NURS 2106 — Pharmacology III

This course focuses on the role of the nurse in preparation, management, patient education, and safe administration of high-risk and specialty medications used throughout the lifespan. The students will perform complex dosage calulations for commonly used and high-risk medications including parenteral and intravenous administration, and blood products. Prerequisites: NURS 1205 , and NURS 1206 or NURS 1405 .
