EMTL 1410 — Emergency Medical Responder

The primary focus of this class is to train the responder to initiate immediate lifesaving care to critical patients who access the emergency medical system. This training will be basic knowledge and skills necessary to provide lifesaving interventions while awaiting additional EMS response and how to assist higher-level trained personnel at the scene and during transport. These trained skills are performed with minimal equipment and under medical direction. Fee $25.
