This course provides you with the Agile values and principles to incorporate Agile methodologies into your organization. To be successful in delivering software using Agile methods, you must have a strong and stable agile mindset. This course focuses on "being" Agile before "doing" Agile and provides a common foundation for making decisions about the best way to develop software using agile values and principles and introduces you to PMI's Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®. This course prepares you for the Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM1) certification.
