People are different. As leaders, it is important to recognize and capitalize on those differences. This can have a positive impact on the bottom line by increasing productivity and profitability. In today's workplace, it is more important than ever to understand individual differences, examine our thoughts and prejudices, understand that certain behaviors may constitute harassment and/or discrimination, and know how to prevent harassing or discriminating behaviors.
